THE FIRST NOELLE - Delia Latham - One Free book

The First Noelle blurb:
Noelle Joy stopped celebrating Christmas ten years ago, when Trevor Holden skipped out on their long-planned Christmas Eve wedding. He destroyed her trust in men, crushed her belief in God, and left her cynical about love. Gone is the bright, cheery spirit of the girl she thinks of now as “the first Noelle.” Stronger and savvier, the new Noelle would never be found waiting at the altar for a groom who didn’t show.

When a famous-but-mysterious architect commissions her to decorate his mansion for a holiday event, Noelle finally returns to her hometown. Even as she finds an unexpected peace in facing ghosts from the past, her fiercely private client disturbs her. Michael Holliday is kind and considerate, but far too handsome…and hauntingly familiar.

Holliday didn’t choose Noelle to make his home a Christmas wonderland by accident. She’s the only one who can do the job he has in mind—and once she’s in his mansion, he never wants to let her go. But he’s hiding a secret that could destroy any chance of a relationship with the beautiful decorator.

A false persona. A shattering secret. Can love break down these insurmountable walls?

I love Delia Latham's books! Her book Kaylie's Kiss was the first book i ever won on a blog, this blog as a matter of fact. :) Don't think I've read any Christmas books this year... I'm a bit slow at times, i love reading, but then there are times when i just don't get time to read. I think the last Christmas book i read was last Christmas when i read the 21 days of Christmas, put together by you (LND) and some others. I loved it! Actually i meant to read it again this year, but guess i forgot, wouldn't hurt to start late, right? ;)

Hi, Abigail! It's wonderful to "see" you. So glad you enjoyed Kylie's Kiss. I think you'd love The First Noelle - I sure had fun writing it. :) Merry Christmas to you too! (By the way, didn't you recently get married??? Congratulations!)

I've only read one...Lowcountry Christmas. I'm not very quick with my reading. I've got too many other things to do. And, I read too slow. This one sounds really good and I don't need to read Christmas books at Christmas time.

I have read I think 4 this Christmas and it is so difficult to pick a "most favorite." But thinking about it, I think I'll choose one from a year or so ago - "An Endless Christmas" by Cynthia Ruchti. Your book, "The First Noelle" really sounds fun. I love the sweetness of Christmas Novellas.

I am in central North Carolina and would love to read and perhaps even review your book.

Savingsinseconds...Christmas stories are uplifting any time of year. It's never too late. I hope you'll make mine the third book you read this year! 😀

Delia Latham said...

Melanie, you can't let the year end without taking time to read at least one! 😀 There's just something so special about Christmas stories, and many of them (like mine) are short...and always sweet. Give yourself a blessing!

Susan, good luck in the drawing! What part of Texas are you from? I'm a newbie Texan. Lived in Quitman a couple years, but I'm originally from Californua. Lovin' East a Texas though!

ACookingBookworm, I think The First Noelle is a "good Christmas read." I sure had a great time writing it...and there's a little something extra in there, not usually found in a Christmas romance... 😀

Beth, I hope you've enjoyed the Christmas books you've read this year. I always enjoy them. Plus, hubby and I enjoy the Hallmark Christmas movies, and watch (and re-watch!) them every year. Thank you for visiting, and good luck in the drawing!
